Free migration and integration services are provided as part of your subscription.

We are not liable for data loss resulting from inaccurate or incomplete exports from your previous system.
Access to Metanow CRM requires an active subscription plan.
All fees are clearly displayed on https://crm.metanow.dev.
Payments are due in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We provide 24/7 technical support for all clients.
Clients are entitled to unlimited onboarding video calls for assistance with setup and training.
Our knowledge base is updated daily with new articles and guides.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
You retain full ownership of all data stored within Metanow CRM.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

Metanow CRM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will end, but you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
