  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to share your access with unauthorized users.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Use of the Platform

  • We are not liable for data loss resulting from inaccurate or incomplete exports from your previous system.

6. Subscription and Payment

  • Access to Metanow CRM requires an active subscription plan.

  • All fees are clearly displayed on https://crm.metanow.dev.

  • Payments are due in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

  • All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Support and Training

  • We provide 24/7 technical support for all clients.

  • Clients are entitled to unlimited onboarding video calls for assistance with setup and training.

  • Our knowledge base is updated daily with new articles and guides.

8. Data Security and Privacy

  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

  • You retain full ownership of all data stored within Metanow CRM.

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Metanow CRM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Upon termination, your access to the platform will end, but you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.
